My name is Judy Foddrill, and I have been working with individuals for over fifteen years. In addition to my professional training, I bring a depth of life experience that informs and enriches my work. These experiences have shaped my compassion, broadened my perspective, and deepened my understanding of the challenges people face across the lifespan.

My path has included many years of both formal education and meaningful life experience, each informing the way I connect with and support my clients. I have a particular appreciation for the complexities of life transitions—whether related to aging, relationships, family roles, or unexpected changes—and I strive to meet each person with warmth, respect, and genuine care.

The focus of my work is to help you access the answers, wisdom, and capacity that already exist within you, as you move toward a life of greater fulfillment and well-being. I will walk alongside you with support and intention, helping you work toward the goals that matter most to you.
