What We Have Is Now

I love to read Jack Kornfield.  I heard him speak at a conference I attended in late 2017.  His presence was calming and peaceful. I follow his website and love to read his articles.  They are filled with grace and hope. This article is an excerpt from his book A Lamp in the Darkness: Illuminating the Path Through Difficult Times.

It talks about the experiences of life, struggle, and compassion.  It talks about the nature of our thoughts and what they really are.  And it talks about time and what it means.  I hope you enjoy it.

Remember, be kind to yourself.
