My name is Judy Foddrill and I’ve been working with Individuals for over ten years. In addition to being a therapist I am also a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend, and divorcee. I have two children and six grandchildren, two bio and four adoptive. Through my experiences my life has been challenging, and enriching. I have gained the compassion, understanding, and wisdom that have made me who I am today. My path has led me through many years of informal and formal education.
The focus of my work is to help people access the answers, wisdom, and capacity they already have to work towards a life of happiness and fulfillment. My experience enables me to walk with you on a journey of hope, healing, and peace. Through my experience as a practitioner, my compassion and understanding, and my life experience, I will work to help you attain the goals you are committed to accomplishing.
